We love life and we love our planet. Sustainability is the heart of our B&B, trying to offer our guests a welcoming stay that is also sustainable at the same time. With small and large measures we have reduced our ecological footprint.

Resources

We have taken concrete actions to reduce our impact on the ecosystem. Electricity generation is largely self-generated, thanks to the installation of solar panels that harness the potential of solar energy. In addition, solar thermal is harnessed to heat water, thus reducing our dependence on traditional energy sources.

Environmental Cause

We reduce waste by favoring plastic-free solutions and we fill the containers with customized personal hygiene items. We use cleaning products on tap and with a low ecological impact. In addition, at breakfast and in the rooms we provide drinking water in glass bottles coming from our reverse osmosis system.

The products we offer at breakfast are prepared with organic and possibly local ingredients.

We also try to eliminate food waste, buying only exactly what we know is needed, consuming the products near to expirency by ourselves or donating them to our neighborhood.

Clean energy

The electricity comes from the 11 kw/h photovoltaic system installed on the roof of our house. The energy produced in access ends up in the storage battery to be used at night and/or by users of the energy community to which we belong. In the sunniest months, the water is also heated by the sun, thanks to the solar thermal system.

Our energy is also available to our guests when they need to recharge their electric car, thanks to the wallbox installed in the B&B parking lot.
